If you want immediate access they are asking you to download Spotify Premium (at the time of writing it's 9.99 per month). However any existing user can invite his or her friends to join the service, which is fine if you know someone who already uses it. Otherwise it's a bit of of a 'Catch 22' situation - you can't get it free unless you know somone who's already got it.
